Students successfully completing the course are awarded the RYA Day Skipper (theory) Certificate and gain sufficient theoretical knowledge to safely skipper a sailing or motor yacht in coastal waters by day. No prior knowledge required. Materials costing a minimum of £38.00 are required. Do not purchase anything before your first class
