The archaeology, art & culture of Ancient Egypt

This course deals with the art and culture of Ancient Egypt using archaeological remains, artefacts and the language of the Egyptians themselves to let them try to lift the veil a little and allow us to enter into their life and beliefs. There will be three museum visits included, one to the Petrie Museum at the University College London and two to the British Museum.
